TLD GSE-ACU 802-Air Conditioning Unit


The ACU-804 is a self-contained truck or trailer mounted, diesel engine driven air conditioning unit. The ACU-804 is designed to provide passenger comfort in all single connection cooled aircraft, anywhere in the world, at anytime. The module can also be mounted on a truck with minor changes.The major components of ACU-804 Air Conditioning Unit are as follows: heavy-duty industrial engine,rotary screw refrigeration compressor, condenser, receiver, evaporator, fan and centrifugal type blower.Sufficient controls are provided for proper operation and to protect the system against over pressure andmalfunction. Operating controls are provided in an illuminated instrument panel for ease of operation.
Options available on the ACU-804 Air Conditioning Unit are listed below. Major optional equipment ordered with the unit will be covered by its’ own instructions and parts breakdown and is located in Chapter 5. Minor equipment with one or two parts listed in the basic parts breakdown as “optional”. Major optional equipment includes the following:

B. Low fuel shutdown
C. Fuel filter water separator with heater
D. Warning beacon
E. Engine block heater
F. Warm up timer
G. Cool down timer
